Case Studies

A large insurance provider had experienced transaction failures in a key revenue-driving application. A large project team had been working on the problem for over ten weeks. A Tenfold consultant was engaged, and identified the root cause of the problem within two days. The vendors involved, who previously denied responsibility, were forced to address bugs in their systems.

A Tier-1 mobile carrier needed to know how much bandwidth needed to be provisioned for a new call centre. A Tenfold consultant assisted by profiling the applications and overlaying the traffic on a virtual network model. Tenfold's predictions were extremely accurate and resulted in the service provider being able to right-size the expensive offshore network link.
